Delivery will be charged based on weight and destination of order. The shopping cart automatically calculates the freight for your order prior to submitting any payment information. Freight costs start at $6.20 per order.
- How long will my delivery take?
Delivery will generally take 3 to 5 business days from the time the goods are ordered. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post unless notified differently. 99% of our orders were dispatched within 2 working days.

Your delivery will be dispatched as soon as our warehouse has picked and packed your order. You will receive an email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
- Which carrier will deliver my goods?
Australia Post will freight most items. If another carrier is utilised we will advise you via email.

We process our online payments via PayPal. If you have any issues processing your payment please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com.
We also accept payment via cheque/money order (sent with your order to PO BOX 9333, Traralgon,VIC,3844) or Direct deposit .

- What is your returns policy for online orders?
We will be happy to exchange a product or provide a credit for any product that is returned to us, provided (in the case of any non-defective products) it is in fully re-saleable condition.
Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
- What is your refund procedure for online orders?
Anything Pets will only refund items purchased if they are incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. We are happy to exchange or provide a credit not for any other returns. We will process a refund as soon as the goods are received back with us in the case of returns Refunds are normally processed by your Card issuing bank within 2 – 5 working days of us raising the refund..

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted and requiring exchange or credit.
